    • Bible Study:  Sunday 10 AM and Wednesday 7 PM    Worship: Sunday 11 AM and 6 PM

  • How much money should I put in the offering plate when I visit?

    • Feel free to pass the collection plate on to the next person.  The purpose of the collection is for the members of the congregation to provide support for the work of the church.  If you want to put something into the collection plate, simply contribute whatever amount you want, but understand that no one expects you to give

     

  • What sort of people attend services at Landersville?

    • We are just a small country congregation, but there are many different types of good folks here.  There are young and old, children and adults, retired and working, blue collar and white collar . . . you name it!  Our differences just do not seem too important to us.  What matters is that we are all brothers and sisters in Christ and that is what matters most.  You will be kindly welcomed here regardless of your background--age, work, income, race, fancy car, clunker car, no car, house, mobile home, apartment, rich, poor . . . we would just sincerely love to have you with us.

  • Is there a Vacation Bible School?

    • Yes, we have a Vacation Bible School in the summer.

     

  • Are there Bible study classes for children of different age groups?

    • Yes, though the classes are small in number, we have classes for children of all ages.  Your children will be warmly welcomed in our Bible study classes.

     

  • How many people are in the congregation?

    • As of July 2007, we have about 45 people.

     

  • How old is the congregation?

    • The congregation has been in existence since roughly the 1860's.  Click here to read our history in detail.

    • Our building has been in use since 1889.  Click here for more history of the congregation.

     

  • Does the congregation own the cemetery next to the building?

    • At one time the congregation did own the cemetery, but it was turned over to the community many years ago.  Families often use the building and/or fellowship hall for memorial services and wakes for burials.

     

  • Do you have a list of who is buried in the cemetery?
